The experience

From the outside it lasts 15 to 20 minutes. From the inside it can feel timeless.

You are never alone. A facilitator sits with you for the entire journey and stays physically present — you may lose motor control, speech, and any sense of where your body is, and someone needs to be there for that. We take you through what to expect beforehand, hold the space while you’re gone, and sit with you afterward while language comes back.
