– All deposits and service payments are strictly non-refundable.
– Rescheduling: date changes are permitted if requested at least 15 days before the retreat start date. In that case, credits may be transferred and used within 90 days (within the same calendar year). Failure to provide 15 days’ notice will result in the loss of all paid services.
